Well, I don't know what to tell you. I guess when I was picking up the pieces of my life, I found a sharp edge or something. It's really a considerable amount of blood. Can't you just hold me until the end?
You can? Oh, good. No one should die alone.

  1. No, just a thing I wrote that seems way too sad. So I unsadded it a bit at the end.

  2. People can recover (sometimes) from the loss of 'a considerable amount of blood.' I'm glad the narrator's being held, but being helped would be the next step.

Unless his or her death is certain. In which case, yeah, no one should die alone. (Ref, "Father's Day" Doctor Who)

  3. I'm pretty sure you're qualified to make that statement without a source. I'm pretty sure everyone is an expert re: fears of dying.

  4. Oh, yeah, I'm sure as well. It's just that that episode addresses that, as well as other things, like paradoxes and such.
